About Therapy

No matter what issue or symptoms bring you to therapy, we can create a plan to get to your goals. Healing is not linear and symptom relief is different for everyone. 

 

The heart and soul of my practice is providing treatment to adults who suffer from PTSD, depression, anxiety and a variety of other diagnoses as the result of difficult life transitions, spiritual or religious trauma, unhealthy relationships and ineffective communication. I am honored to help when a client tells me that they want to heal and need support to change. There are many ways to encourage your inner wisdom to take control. You and I will create personalized tools and skills in order to do so during session that you can experience between sessions.

The most valuable skill I can practice with you is mindfulness. Mindfulness is an integrative mind-body approach that propels thinking and feeling into a new and different perspective about past experiences. It involves paying attention to our thoughts and feelings so that we become more aware of them, less enmeshed in them, and better able to manage them.
